Anugrah SinhaFamily Tree and Lifestory - iMeUsWe

A big person in India's fight for freedom and a main builder of today's Bihar was Anugrah Narayan Sinha. He was a fighter for freedom and wanted to make society better. He spent his life helping poor people and making a fairer society. He was born in 1887. His journey, like the big fights shown in movies like "Gandhi", was about always sticking to what he believed in. Anugrah Babu, as people called him with love, helped a lot in the Champaran Satyagraha with Mahatma Gandhi. This was a big change in the fight against British rule. He also took part in the Salt Satyagraha and the Quit India Movement. This made him even more known as a leader for freedom. After freedom, his time in politics got better. He was the first Finance Minister of Bihar. A saying that people often say he said was, "Live simply, think big." This is how he thought about life. He cared about making society fair, not just politics. He pushed for education, especially for women. He worked hard to get rid of bad things in society, like judging people based on their caste. Jayaprakash Narayan, another freedom fighter, said he was "a man of the people." This shows how much he cared about the people he helped. Even though he died a long time ago in 1957, he still inspires people today. His life, like how much the 1983 Cricket World Cup win still matters, is still remembered by the country.
