Dalveer Bhandari is a distinguished Indian jurist who has made significant contributions to the field of international law. Born on October 1, 1947, he pursued his legal education, culminating in a Doctor of Laws degree. His career began in the Rajasthan High Court, where he practiced law for over two decades, gaining extensive experience in constitutional, civil, and criminal law.
