Gayatri Joshi is a former Indian model and actress, primarily recognized for her captivating performance in the critically acclaimed Bollywood film "Swades" (2004). Born in Nagpur, Maharashtra, she pursued her education in Mumbai, graduating with a degree in commerce from Sydenham College. Prior to entering the film industry, Joshi established a successful career as a model, gracing the covers of numerous magazines and appearing in several television commercials for prominent brands. Her striking features and graceful demeanor quickly made her a soughtafter face in the fashion world. Beyond modeling, she also showcased her talent in music videos, further expanding her presence in the entertainment industry.
