Madhavrao Scindia - A Lifestory

Madhavrao Scindia was a prominent Indian politician belonging to the Indian National Congress. Born on March 10, 1945, he hailed from the Scindia family of Gwalior, a lineage with a rich history in Indian royalty and politics. He received his education at Scindia School, Gwalior, and later pursued higher studies at Winchester College and New College, Oxford. His political career began in 1971 when he was elected to the Lok Sabha from the Guna constituency. Throughout his career, Scindia held several important ministerial portfolios in the central government, including Railways, Civil Aviation, and Human Resource Development.
