One Humanity, One Religion, One God: Uplifting All
A key person in India, a thinker, spiritual guide, and social changer, had an impact that is still felt today. He lived when there was much unfairness in society, like the problems shown in the movie "Sairat," where class divided every part of life. He bravely fought the strict class system in Kerala and other places, supporting fairness for everyone. Born in 01 January 1856, he saw up close the mistreatment of those with less power. His deep understanding of spirit, along with his strong promise to change society, led him to start the Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana (SNDP) Yogam in 01 January 1903. This group became a strong force in giving power to the weak and supporting their rights. His lessons, stressing "One Class, One Religion, One God for People," were new for his time. He thought that helping yourself and getting an education were ways to rise up, inspiring many people to escape the chains of social unfairness. Like the main people in the 01 January 2016 Rio Olympics, who beat many problems to do great things, he gave hope to those who had been denied chances for many years. His story still pushes social movements and reformers to work for a more fair society.
