A coworker once called this person "a leader with a vision" who "always thinks about what people need first." The impact goes beyond the academy. This person is a big supporter of police working with the community, believing that trust between the police and the public is key to keeping law and order. The hard work shows in the constant effort to make training programs better and give officers the skills and knowledge needed to serve and protect the community well.
