Praveen Kumar - A Lifestory

Praveen Kumar is a former Indian rightarm mediumpace bowler who represented India in international cricket. Born on October 2, 1986, in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, he was known for his prodigious swing bowling, making him a valuable asset in both Test and limitedovers formats. Kumar made his international debut in November 2007 in a One Day International (ODI) against Pakistan. He quickly established himself as a key member of the Indian bowling attack, especially in conditions that offered swing. His ability to move the ball both ways troubled batsmen and earned him considerable success.

Kumar was part of the Indian squad that won the 2008 Commonwealth Bank Series in Australia, playing a crucial role in the team's triumph.
