Sarat Chandra Bose was a prominent Indian barrister, independence activist, and politician. His father, Janakinath Bose, was a successful lawyer, and his younger brother was Subhas Chandra Bose, a key figure in the Indian independence struggle. Sarat Chandra Bose pursued his education in Calcutta and later in England, where he qualified as a barrister. Upon returning to India, he established a successful legal practice in Calcutta High Court, becoming known for his sharp intellect and advocacy skills.
