A well known person in Indian politics and news has made a place for themself with a clear voice and strong promise to help the public. Like a surprising Bollywood movie, their story has had them play many parts, from a smart news person who made leaders answer for their actions to a devoted politician who fought for change. Before going into politics, they were a liked face on Indian TV. As a news person, they bravely took on hard topics, winning the respect of coworkers and watchers. A coworker once said, "They have a strange skill for getting to the main point." Their way of reporting, often called sharp and fair, showed a deep knowing of India's social and political world. Their move to politics started a new part of their story. They joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in 2011, strongly supporting their fight against unfairness. Their choice, like the hopeful ideas shown in movies like 'Rang De Basanti,' touched many who wanted a new choice in Indian politics. Even though they later left AAP, their promise to help the public stayed strong. In 2014, they ran in the Lok Sabha elections. Later, they joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
