Sovan Chatterjee is an Indian politician from West Bengal. A prominent figure in Kolkata's political landscape, he has held significant positions throughout his career. He was a longtime member of the All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) and served as the Mayor of Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) for an extended period. During his tenure as Mayor, Chatterjee oversaw various developmental projects and civic initiatives aimed at improving the city's infrastructure and quality of life.
