Someone known for being very smart in math was born on 18 April 1902 in Mannargudi, India. This person spent their life finding math truths, making a big mark on the study of numbers. While not as famous as some math experts, other experts really valued their work. Their work was mostly about how to get close to real numbers with simple fractions. They showed important things about where parts of number lines land, adding to what others had done before. One big thing they did was finding the same important math rule as Klaus Roth, called the Thue Siegel Roth theorem. People who worked with them talked about how smart and hard working they were. They asked good questions and understood hard math ideas fast. Even though they didn't want attention, their work was important, making them a key math person in the 1900s. They died in 1955, leaving behind a history of new math ideas and showing how important it is to focus on learning.
