Triveni Singh - A Lifestory
Lieutenant: Leading With Courage, Serving India, Always Victorious

He is more than just a name; he stands for bravery and giving one's life, remembered in the records of the Indian Army. Like a person from the movie "Lakshya," showing hard work and strength, he was a true soldier. His story, though sadly short, feels like the strong events shown in "Uri: The Surgical Strike," proving his firm dedication. He joined the Indian Army and quickly became a Lieutenant, showing great leadership and courage. In 2003, his actions during a key mission in Jammu and Kashmir showed his fast thinking and care for others. On 11 July 2003, during a fight against fighters, he showed amazing bravery. Even when being shot at, he kept fighting, protecting his fellow soldiers, like the heroes we honor on Republic Day. As said by someone he worked with, "He was very brave, always thinking of his men first." This kind act led to his death at the young age of 26 while serving his country. He was given the Ashok Chakra after his death, India's top award for bravery during peace, honoring his great sacrifice. His story still motivates soldiers, reminding them of the highest cost one might pay for the nation's safety, like the spirit of giving shown by soldiers in the movie "Border."
