Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji, often referred to as Yogi Bhajan, was an influential spiritual teacher and entrepreneur who introduced Kundalini Yoga to the West. After a career in Indian government service, he immigrated to Canada in 1968 and then to the United States, where he began teaching yoga to a small group of students in Los Angeles.
