History:
Think of it like "President"—the title has a history, but each presidents story is different. The title developed from the tradition of gurus, spiritual teachers. As some gurus became very famous for their wisdom and influence across large areas, they were given the title "Jagadguru," showing their worldwide authority. The stories about Jagadgurus are about their lives, teachings, and impact.
Description:
While "guru" shows up in expressions about teaching and guidance, "Jagadguru" is mainly linked to important spiritual figures.
Celebrations would depend on the individual teachers life and teachings.
