I looked through lots of idiom databases, and it wasnt there. Maybe its a new name, or used only in a small group. It just hasnt become a part of everyday language yet.
This names connection to Vishnu means celebrations honoring Krishna, like Janmashtami (Krishnas birthday) and Holi (the colorful festival), also indirectly honor this name.
There arent similar-sounding names either. Basically, its one-of-a-kind.
