Description:
AACCHIVELLI, Alessandro (1892-1976) Italian sculptor. He studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome and at the Yale School of Art in New Haven, Connecticut. He exhibited at the Venice Biennale in 1938 and at the Paris Salon in 1949. His works are in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.
