History:
The spread of this surname was a wild ride! Think of it like a family tree with branches growing all over the place. Some families moved willingly, maybe chasing better jobs or love. Others were forced to move due to wars, bad politics, or even religious trouble. These forced moves scattered people with this surname far and wide. Exactly how this surname spread depends on the specific events that affected those who carried it. Looking at old land records and census data would give a clearer picture.
