Description:
The Arjumandban are a Muslim community from the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan. They are a sub-group of the Arghun tribe. They are also known as the Arjumand, Arjuman, Arjumani, or Arjumandani. The Arjumandban are a small, agricultural community, who are mainly found in the Swat and Buner valleys. They are Sunni Muslims, and are considered to be of lower caste. The Arjumandban speak the Arjumand language, a dialect of Pashto.
