The Chinna Sennimuppan (literally translated as 'little rice cooker') is a small, flat-bottomed, earthenware pot used in Tamil Nadu, India, for cooking rice. The Chinna Sennimuppan is traditionally used by the poor and lower-caste people of Tamil Nadu for cooking rice. The Chinna Sennimuppan is also known by the names 'Koothu Pot', 'Pottu Pot', and 'Thali Pot'.
