Description:
The Chittaranjani people are a Rajasthani ethnic group who are found in the state of Rajasthan in western India. They are also found in the neighbouring states of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. The Chittaranjani people are a Scheduled Tribe and are mostly found in the districts of Ajmer, Alwar, Bharatpur, Chittorgarh, Dausa, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur and Vadodara. They speak the Chittaranjani language, which is a Rajasthani dialect. The Chittaranjani people are Hindu and their customs and traditions are closely related to those of the Rajputs.
