History:

Hanuman is a Hindu deity, who is considered to be an avatar of Lord Shiva. He is the son of Anjana and Kesari and is also known as the monkey god.
Hanuman is believed to have been born during the Vedic period in India, around 3000 BCE. He is mentioned in the ancient Hindu epics, the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. He is also mentioned in the Puranas and other scriptures.

Hanuman is widely worshipped in India and other parts of South Asia. He is also revered in some parts of Southeast Asia, such as Cambodia and Thailand. He is often depicted as a monkey-like being with superhuman strength and is usually depicted carrying a mace, a club, or a gada.
Hanuman is often worshipped during festivals such as Diwali and Hanuman Jayanti. He is also worshipped on Tuesdays and Saturdays, which are considered to be auspicious days for worshiping him.
Hanuman is known by different names in different parts of India. For example, he is known as Anjaneya in southern India, Bajrangbali in northern India, and Maruti in western India.
