Origin and History of JATARMA

History:

The Jatarmas are a sub-group of the Jat people, who are an ethnic group found in South Asia. The Jatarmas are found mainly in the states of Rajasthan, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh in India.
The Jatarmas are said to have descended from the ancient Kshatriyas, an ancient warrior caste of India. They are said to have migrated to the region during the rule of the Mughal Empire.
