Description:
KRISHNAYA is a relatively uncommon surname of Indian origin, primarily found in the Southern Indian states of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. For example, the surname is often used as a part of the name of a person’s father or grandfather. It is also common in South India for the surname to be passed down from the father to the son. The variations of the surname include Krishnayya, Krishnayya, Krishnayya, and Krishnayyam. In some parts of India, the surname is also spelled as Krishnayya. Despite its relative rarity, the surname is still widely used in India. It is also found in other parts of the world, particularly among the Indian diaspora.
