History:

The Nimmals are an ethnic group found primarily in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. They are believed to have descended from the ancient tribal people of the region, who were known as the Nimmals.
The Nimmals were a nomadic people who moved around the region in search of food and shelter. They were also known to be skilled hunters and traders. During the British Raj, they were among the first to be recruited into the British Indian Army.
