The Changanbhais are a sub-group of the Patel caste. The Changanbhais are believed to have descended from the ancient Solar dynasty of Gujarat. They are noted for their distinctive style of dress, which features a long, flowing white beard. The Changanbhais are also known for their devotion to the Hindu god Vishnu.
